College Application and Exploration Week

College Application and Exploration Week is a chance for the entire school community to discuss college options and to promote college-going. Hundreds of elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and adult basic education classes across West Virginia participate each year. College Application and Exploration Week will be held November 4 - 8, 2019. Learn More.

The class of 2020 can now sign up to receive college tips and reminders via text message. Students can also text us at any time for college help, and a college access advisor will respond. Click here to sign up to receive texts.

Counselor Workshops

The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission in conjunction with the West Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WVASFAA) provides annual financial aid training to counselors. The training covers various topics regarding the types of financial aid, eligibility criteria, how to apply, federal and state guidelines, and more. Register here.
