Real-Life Decision Making

You're working at your company, E-Tailor Internet Consulting.

The first person to call you that day is from a large clothing company. The caller, Mr. Newell, has been assigned the job of getting his company on the Internet. It's clear that he knows almost nothing about the Internet. His boss has only told him that the company should offer their clothing on the Internet within a couple months. Mr. Newell wants you to write a proposal.

The clothing company sells many different products. That is going to take software you don't have. Also, your three-person company is already committed to a number of smaller projects.

However, it would be nice to have such a big contract. Plus, this company can probably afford every additional option you throw at them. Besides, with Mr. Newell's limited knowledge, he has no idea what his company really needs.

What do you do?
