Real-Life Decision Making

You're working as a machinist, and you're happy with your career choice. You've been at the same company for three years, and you feel that if you stay there, you may end up in a supervisor position. The job is a bit dull sometimes, but the boss keeps saying there will be some more variety just around the corner.

You get a job offer, but it's in a small, remote location in Alaska. The pay is quite good, but the job seems a lot harder, with many more tasks involved. And you really don't want to move.

What are you going to do?
