You're representing the town of Fircombe in a lawsuit against Funny Chemicals, a nuclear materials plant that has been dumping toxic waste into the nearby lake.

In the fourth week of the case, you get an anonymous call telling you that the president of Funny Chemicals, Mr. Joe Dipston, runs illegal drug and money laundering businesses on the side.

Should you use this information to tear down Dipston's character? You're not at all sure that the pollution lawsuit will go your way. On the other hand, are you really willing to play it dirty to get what you want?
