You are two-thirds of the way through your French language course. Your students are assigned to write an essay on the difference between life in university and life in high school.

When you receive the completed essays, you're not sure how to mark one of them. One of your students, Asad, has written an essay with a lot of great ideas. He obviously took more of a chance with his subject matter than most other students.

However, the essay also includes a lot of mistakes. Many of the mistakes involve agreement of past participles. Just last week you did an intensive review of past participles.
