You've just been hired by the Mmm Good Sandwich Company to drum up some excitement about their new product, a triple-decker seafood submarine sandwich.

Sales have been slow, so they hired you to help boost interest in the new sandwich. You think the reason not many people are buying the sandwich is because they just don't know about it.

You decide to stage a media event. You ask Mmm Good Sandwiches to make a 20-foot triple-decker seafood submarine sandwich. You want to have it on display outside the city aquarium. At lunch time you will carve it up and give slices to the public.

This will not only make people on the street aware of the new product, it will attract the attention of the media. You're hoping they will write a story about it in the local newspaper. But first you have to tell them about it.

Write a press release telling the media when and where the event will be and who is hosting it. Tell them how many people you expect to be at the sandwich feed.

Also, try and convince them that a story or picture of this event would be great to have in their paper. (Hint: it might be a world record-sized sandwich!)
