Real-Life Math

Even though she estimates her job is "99 percent communication, one percent math," advisor Debbie Graczyk says she performs several tasks involving math.

She uses a set formula to figure what grades students need to obtain a certain grade point average. She also has to balance a budget and prepare reports that include crucial number-crunching.

How much paper will the academic advisor need to print all versions of the annual report?
