Real-Life Math -- Solution

The color/developer ratio is 1:2. For six ounces, the ratio would be 2:4, that is, two ounces of color and four ounces of developer.

For the two ounces of color, you 'll need to blend. Half dark auburn is one ounce. One quarter light auburn is 0.5 ounces. One quarter copper sun is 0.5 ounces.

Here's what you need:

1 oz. dark auburn color

0.5 oz. light auburn color

0.5 oz. copper sun color

4 oz. developer
