It has been a busy summer. You are one of the area's three health inspectors. On top of your regular work, you've been assigned five seasonal restaurants to monitor.

One of these is a restaurant with a history of complaints and some instances of food poisoning. You visited it two weeks ago and found mayonnaise and butter that had been sitting out on the counter for too long. You wrote them up and gave them a warning.

Last week, you went back to check on them again and found the same problem. This carelessness resulted in a stiff fine and a second, very strict warning.

The time has come to make a third visit, and the problem with the butter and mayonnaise still hasn't been fixed. Obviously, the warnings and fine didn't have any effect on the owner or his staff.

Given that the restaurant is a repeat offender, you are left with a decision to make.
