Your days are spent making sure the electoral system is running at peak efficiency. Some days, you get to talk to students about what it means to have the right to vote. And some days, you work in the office organizing the voter rolls and designing campaigns to get more voters registered.

You had hoped to spend most of the day working on the new voter registration campaign. But when you got into work, you found that you needed to know what percentage of voters in your area are registered and what percentage of registered voters are between the ages of 18 and 35.

You find that there are 10,700 people who are eligible to vote. Of those eligible people, only 5,640 are registered to vote. And 3,050 of those registered voters are between the ages of 18 and 35.

What percentage of the people who are eligible to vote in your county are registered? And what percentage of the registered voters do the people between the ages of 18 and 35 represent?
