"Foremen have to keep track of the workers' time sheets and they are responsible for filling in daily reports in which they record any problems or issues that arise during the move," says mover Murray Nickel.

"Everything must be reported accurately, since the time sheets are given to payroll and the crewmembers' paychecks depend on accurate reporting."
